Emphasized UI/UX design concepts with direct feedback from beta customers, cultivated relationships with high-impact influencers for optimal feedback and product buy-in

Responsible for the full development and onboarding of individual Branding and Marketing Plans

Data Analysis

Salesforce Reporting; Creation of individual responsive dashboards for every employee

Report Development, encompassing daily numbers as well as more nuanced reports into customer product usage and customer behavior data.
